At 19:00 Beijing Time on September 9, 2025, in the IEC Conference Area, Beijing, China, Mr. Yao Jianye, Founder of IEC International Environmental Construction, and Mr. Ahmad Nadeem Khan, Chairman and President of Bloom Miracle Group, successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement and formed a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership.

Both parties agree to cooperate in the development and implementation of construction projects in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and across the Middle East.
